Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PrimalCom is an independent Pokémon GO community and marketplace, founded on 6 August 2026 and operated by pokz. Contact is available through the Discord server (discord.gg/primalcom) or pokz.cc.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country (13+, or higher where local law requires). Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before taking part in any paid transaction.

3. Services

• Community access, trading posts, giveaways and invite rewards.
• Listings offered by PrimalCom and by independent members.
• An optional middleman service provided by the owner.

Availability, stock and pricing can change at any time. Listings are informational and are not a binding offer until confirmed in Discord.

4. Member-to-member deals

PrimalCom provides tools (blacklist channel, vouch channel, middleman) to make deals safe, but transactions between members are made at their own risk. We strongly recommend using the middleman service for any deal of value.

5. Acceptable use

• No scamming, chargeback abuse, impersonation or fraudulent claims.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or illegal content.
• No false vouches, review manipulation or fake blacklist reports.
• No attempt to disrupt, scrape or attack this website or its infrastructure.

Breaking these rules can result in removal, blacklisting and loss of access without refund.

6. Third-party platforms

PrimalCom is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Discord Inc. or Instagram. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

7. Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimalCom and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, in-game penalties applied by third parties, or losses arising from deals made outside our middleman service.

8. Music & media rights

The background music played on this website ("Quantec — The Formula") is not owned by PrimalCom or its owner. We claim no rights, ownership or authorship over it. All rights, including copyright and neighbouring rights, belong to the original artist, composer, publisher and label. The track is used purely as non-commercial ambience, can be muted at any time by the visitor, and will be removed immediately upon request from any legitimate rights holder — contact us through Discord.

The same applies to any other third-party media, logos or artwork shown on this site: all rights remain with their respective owners.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Any disputes are handled under the applicable law of the owner's jurisdiction (Portugal), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
