We keep data collection to the strict minimum needed to run the community, the marketplace and the review system. This policy explains what we handle and the rights you have under the GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Discord username / ID when you interact with the server or submit a review.
- Review content you voluntarily submit on this website.
- Deal details needed to complete a purchase or middleman transaction.
- Basic technical data (browser, approximate region) for security and performance.
2. Why we use it
To deliver services, verify vouches, prevent fraud and blacklist scammers, and to keep the community safe. We do not sell your data and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party providers. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Retention
Reviews and blacklist entries are kept while they remain relevant to community safety. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
- Object to processing or request a copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent for anything you submitted voluntarily.
Requests can be made through Discord (discord.gg/primalcom) and are answered within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This website uses only what is technically necessary to function. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
7. Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from users below the minimum age allowed by Discord in their country. If such data is identified, it is removed.
